Schedule: 

Mon- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection and culling of finished material according to customer specifications.
• Responsible for the operation and light maintenance of equipment including, Wafer Presenters, Bright Light Stations, and Wafer Sorter Machines.
• Responsible for the inspection of wafer images, analyzing the images to qualitatively identify wafer defects while maintaining Coherent Quality Standards
• Supports the scaling of culling capabilities to keep pace with ever changing production and customer order levels.

Education & Experience

•  2-3 years of production experience in semiconductor processing
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution.
• Experience with precision measurement methods and systems.
• Ability to read and understand customer specifications and process procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Experience with networked PC based computer system (spreadsheets, Email, MRP systems)
• ITAR compliance requirement: Individual must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
