The Make Ready Technician is essential to the effective and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department. As a Make Ready Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esrey's established quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work in a manner that ensures the timely turn of vacant apartment homes. As a groundskeeper you will assist in creating an inviting and impressive property presentation (curb appeal) through thorough upkeep of grounds that helps to draw in prospective residents
