The Role

Our Human Capital Management group is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who has solid understanding of Workday (Workday Time Tracking Certification, OR Workday Absence Certification)

We’re looking for Senior Consultants who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant’s industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings (e.g., Strategic Control Points, development of consulting assets); and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. Qualifications

Workday Time Tracking Certification, OR Workday Absence Certification

Experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels

Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions according to customer requirements

Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs

Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously for the client, for Cognizant

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
