Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for a SuccessFactors Consultant to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Zürich. This full-time Onboarding role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package for the successful applicant.

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will participate in client discussions, workshops, and training sessions at the company's site. You will also collaborate with the onsite team and provide them with Knowledge Transfer to develop the module.

During your first few weeks in this SuccessFactors Consultant role, you can expect to work on some of the following:

·Perform developers tests

·Be the Subject Matter Advisor for the Module and do the realization of the module

·Take Ownership of the Module

·Support acceptance testing and regression testing (issue resolution and validation of business requirements)

·Support solution and release planning

·Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and the additional modules(s)
