Roles/Responsibilities

- - As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development and implementation of machine learning models using AWS.

- - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, design, and execute data-driven solutions, and provide insights to drive decision-making. 

- - Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior data scientists, stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization.

Primary: Bridgewater - NJ USA

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $116,000 - $163,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
