Qualifications:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
• 10-12 yrs of Exp. with Automation and Cloud exp.
• Experience in building strategies and testing solutions on Gen AI
• Ability to handle larger team and provide solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in Gen AI testing on LLM’s like AWS bedrock, Claude, etc
• Experience in building strategies and testing solutions on Gen AI
• Experience in testing prompts and LLM accuracy results, relevancy, bias detections and hallucinations.
• Must to have experience on building utilities to validate Gen AI capabilities like semantic search using python libraries
• Experience in working with cloud-based databases, vector databases
• Familiar with OCR extraction techniques, AI platforms like Palantir, data transformations by models
• Hands on experience on test management tools like Rally, ALM and Jira
• Handling complex framework implementation
• Experience in integration testing with cloud services
• Cloud based environment setup, performance monitoring and cloud-service procurement testing
• Experience in building engineering metrics
• Ability to lead automation team and drive client solutions and proposals
• Analyze and interpret business rules and data models to create effective test cases
• Create and maintain test data sets and generate synthetic data to simulate real-time business scenarios
• Lead the team, adopt to DevOps culture, build scalable test automation suite
