SIGN-ON BONUS $5,000 base off experience. (6m/12m)

Coggins Auto Group is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician. “A” mechanic is someone who has the ability to diagnose, repair and complete a project without any assistance. An “A” mechanic will have experience and keeps up with the advanced training needed to do his/her job correctly. We are a family-owned business with locations in Bennington County, VT and Berkshire County, MA. We are professional, fast-paced, customer-centric and our goal is to grow the business while providing an exception customer experience and give back to our community.

• 2 years of experience required
• OEM experience is a plus, but not necessary
• SIGN-ON BONUS $1,500-$3,000 base off experience. (1/2 @ 6m | 1/2 @ 12m)
• Pay based on experience
• Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm rotational Saturdays 8am to 1pm

• Training provided by OEM and paid for by the dealer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
