Job Summary: The Lead Plant Operator (LPO) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and safety of the plant. This role includes overseeing workflow management, operations management, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The LPO will be the point person for all Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) processes, permit control, and maintenance coordination.
