Job Description:
* Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments,
* create taxonomy and content types,
* create retention schedules,
* create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents,
* create workflows to process documents,
* create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events,
* create a standard security model.
Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to
continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.
* SPO setup and configuration as a document repository
* Customizing SPO forms and workflows
* Power Platform development experience
* Creating a document taxonomy
* Creating retention schedules
* Creating and using term stores
* 365 user security
* Secretary of State trusted system requirements
* Document Scanning experience is a plus.
