ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES

• Updating information related to projects to ensure accurate reporting
• Documenting weekly Consulting reports and distributing
• Managing the collection and organization of critical documents related to projects
• Confirming receipt of weekly documents and that they are uploaded/tagged in Core.
• Following up with Project Directors if expected documents are not accounted for Project Initiations
•  Creation and maintenance projects in Core/Fulcrum
• Assigning permissions
• Sending Welcome Letters and Outlooks
• Booking travel for project directors
• Changing travel for project directors when necessary
• Travel & Expense training of all traveling employees
• Maintaining accurate reporting of resource utilization
• Identifying potential solutions for project directors “on the bench” by
• Suggesting new assignments, lifecycle visits, or bench assignments
• Project Management in Clickup
• Client Testimonial Master Binders
• Designing Tuesday Agendas
