The desired individual should be comfortable providing consulting services to architects, owners, and general contractors; have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team; work independently and supervise the efforts of a small team; and manage and participate in multiple projects simultaneously.We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.QualificationsB.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.4-7 years of relevant electrical engineering design and construction experience.Registration as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in Electrical Engineering, required.Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering, preferred.Experience designing lighting, power, data and other low-voltage systems.Experience designing commercial, healthcare, educational, civic and government, and multifamily facilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and general electronic drawing format software.Contributing to Coffman’s marketing and business initiatives as needed.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.The expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000.Additional InformationCoffman Engineers is a company that truly focuses on its employees.
