Job Overview:

We are seeking an Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products to residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of lawn care practices and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties:

- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and landscapes
- Operate farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Perform pest control activities to ensure the health and vitality of plants
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of farm machinery operation is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with pest control methods and products
- Ability to drive company vehicles safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.26 - $21.48 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
