Coffee and Supply Co:
Hello Friends! We’re hiring for a Barista position.
Barista Role:
Coffee and Supply Co is looking for an engaging, courteous barista/cashier who is passionate about the art of coffee and curated beverage preparation. At Coffee and Supply Co we aim to provide our customers with excellent service and an excellent overall sensory experience. Our barista should have prior experience making coffee and tea drinks, have a solid understanding of the products we are providing, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and serve customers with a smile.
Barista & Cashier Requirements:
- Have prior coffee making and customer service experience – at least 2 yrs of experience.

- Have flexibility in your work schedule

- How’s your Latte art? If you’re rusty that’s ok, we’ll get you there but if you’ve got it nailed, show us!

- Should know how to make a wide range of coffee and tea based drinks

- Are dedicated, assertive and accountable. Have a polite, engaging personality

- Exceptional listening and communication skills

- Exceptional customer service is expected of our staff at all times

- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods. Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: part time or full time

Pay: $15.00 per hour tips and bonuses!
