Coffee Commissary is Hiring a Bakery Manager Near Glendale, CA
Coffee Commissary in Glendale , CA is looking for a Bakery Lead to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 1417 W Kenneth Rd.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- oversees the retail operations and leads operation consisting of a kitchen/commissary.
- responsible for supporting, managing, and developing all FOH team members to exceed business goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years managerial / supervisory experience required, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Food Handlers Certificate required
- Strong leadership, decision making and multitasking skills.
- Self starter. Able to observe what needs to be changed and execute it.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to solve problems independently and delegate as needed.
- Passion for food, sweets and coffee - big plus.
- Ability to build relationships and embrace change.
- Understanding of quality in craft
