Job Summary: To provide operational customer service support to COFC’s customers and vendors. Manage the productivity and profitability of the 8,000 - 53’ intermodal containers by maximizing capacity.

Job Functions:

• Provide satisfactory service to our customers
• Be a customer focused operations professionals
• Prioritize the assignment of equipment to customers
• Address and resolve problems with shipments in transit in a timely manner
• Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Grow and develop with the team to meet the demands of our customers
• Manage the productivity and profitability of the intermodal fleet by monitoring equipment availability and managing costs
• Provide timely escalation of issues to management
• Share in the weekly phone rotation for after-hours customer service issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful transportation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Team player attitude is required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
