Work Hours:

Mon - Fri 12:00am - 8:00am

$1.00 shift premium

Train on 1st shift for up to 6 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Troubleshoot all machinery malfunctions.
• Perform mold, tooling, and job changes on machinery as directed.
• Perform all modifications, upgrades, and process improvements as directed by the Facilities Manager. 
• Monitor process functions for proper operation and adjustment. 
• Provide support for production personnel with processing problems. 
• Monitor facility for unsafe working conditions and report to the Facility Manager. 
• Correct unsafe conditions as directed by the facility Manager. 
• Provide support for subcontractor working in the facility. 
• Responsible for reporting the status of work performance, and proficiency of maintenance techs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Personal set of mechanic hand tools.
• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic trouble shooting skills.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining skills.
