Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Promo Representative! As a Promo Representative, your main responsibility will be to attend various events around the Las Vegas Valley and promote our services through engaging and exploratory interactions with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and increasing sales through your exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in a friendly and approachable manner, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our services.

• Create excitement and generate interest in our offerings by delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

• Attend various events, gyms and promotional activities to represent our brand and build positive relationships with the community.

• Actively approach and initiate conversations with potential clients, answering their queries and providing accurate information about our products or services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and initiatives that align with our brand objectives.

• Collect client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable input to the marketing and product development teams.

• Regularly report on promotional activities, including customer interactions, leads generated, and sales conversions, to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and travel to various locations as required.

• Knowledge of the health and wellness industry and our services is an advantage.
