Coe Press Equipment is Hiring a Service Administrator Near Sterling, MI

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the on-going support of service technicians and service department administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may also be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages logs for paid service jobs.
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices with customers for paid service jobs.
  • Take customer calls, screens and send to appropriate support contact.
  • Prepare quotes for field service using previous service job history and estimated travel costs.
  • Ensures customer paperwork is compliant with COE Press standards before machines are sent out.
  • Review repair plans and quotations with customers to ensure full understanding of projects.
  • Works with customer sites to process any requested documents to ensure technicians can enter.
  • Assist Service Manager with administrative duties.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· 2-4 years experience in an administrative support role.

· 1 years experience in a Mechanical/maintenance manufacturing environment.

· 3-5 years experience in customer service roles.

· Associate degree or relative experience is preferred

· Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to interact with internal employees and customers at all levels of internal and customer organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
