We have an 18 month hybrid contract opening for an Instructional (Enablement) Content Developer with our direct client in Camden, NJ requiring work in the office 3 days per week.
The Enablement Content Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for the Field team and the Independent DSD Partners to support sales technology initiatives. Working closely with subject matter experts, they will be responsible for designing and creating instructional and educational learning materials such as traditional paper materials (handouts and manuals) as well as eLearning technologies and multimedia. The success of the training content and approach is critical to implementation, so the Enablement Content Developer must have a creative approach and strong content development background.
