Responsibilities

• Ability to keep track of inventory
• Ability to conduct physical inventory audit
• Analyze, validate, and support inventory adjustments
• Ability to analyze the inventory level discrepancies and identify and correct the root cause of discrepancies
• Create/Improve procedures for managing and reconciling periodic and physical inventory counts
• Assist quality control plans and other QC- related tasks • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, and monthly as needed • Ensure inventory records are always accurate
• Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records.
• Assist in managing State inventory system BioTrack/METRC
• Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary, ensuring they are accurate. • Adding all new products received into BioTrack/LeafLogix/METRC
• Participate in assessing the internal controls over the inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
• Work with our local Compliance Manager to handle all inventory issues promptly.
• Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
• Assist people in management/training, and investigate discrepancies Position Requirements:
• Advanced understanding of FIFO
• Experience with LeafLogix Software or ability to learn
• Time Management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of distribution or inventory system management
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proven work experience as an inventory specialist or similar role
• Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel to different locations
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Perform other duties as needed

Experience and Qualification

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• 2 years in Inventory (Required)
• 2 years in Customer service (Required)
