Position Overview

Application Lead - Customer/1 Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• This position is for a Cust/1 Application Design and Support Analyst where you will be responsible for the design and development of application changes to the Cust/1 CIS application for large utility companies.
• It includes the support of junior designers/developers and providing support for batch production that includes the analysis/resolution of production abends.
• Work with client business analysts to gain understanding of the business requirements in the development of technical designs for the Cust/1 application that includes noted application impacts, testing recommendations and an estimate of the work effort based on stated application changes. Assist development team with application changes, that includes technical and functional assistance on how to complete the application changes.
