• Training – go through the curriculum and learn it
• Travel to schools to teach at school after school 
• Work with children on STEM projects
• Coordinate with school staff to conduct the classes after school 
• Follow with schools to enroll more kids in the afterschool STEM program 
• Report weekly to Center Assistant Manager on progress 
• Manage the progress tracking sheet 

• Working history with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.)
• Experience working with STEM projects for K-2 students
• Experience in teaching, mentoring or child care
• Works well with others; collaborates
• Must be fun to work with and like working in fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently
