MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the delivery of clinical services including, yet not limited to screening, intake, assessment, individual and group therapy, case management and discharge planning

• Insure compliance with Federal, State and CODAC guidelines related to administrative and clinical policies
• Maintain a patient caseload and all related duties, when necessary
• Maintain patient treatment records in EMR
• Work with prescribers in the community to ensure continuity of care
• Demonstrate understanding of and adherence to appropriate ethical behavior as stipulated in the CODAC Policy and Procedures Manual, CODAC Employee Handbook, and in accordance with Wyatt Detention Policy
• Obtain and/or maintain appropriate credentialing and licensure
• Obtain and maintain competency in Motivational Interviewing
• Provide base office tasks, if necessary
• Provide case presentations at clinical meetings
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree and 1-2 years' experience working with medication assisted treatment programs

LDCP preferred
