CodaBears is Hiring a Software Developer (.NET) Near Bloomingdale, IL

Job description

We develop stand-alone products as well as add-ons and integrations between Epicor and other software packages. You will be developing the applications from prototype through testing and installation including documentation of the solution. We require familiarity with common development practices and source code control systems. People who can work on their own as well as part of a team, can quickly solve problems in maintainable ways, and have a desire to build products that help customers work more effectively are the type of people we want on our team.

What we Look For:

- 3 years of experience in C# / .Net Programming

- Experience in working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

- Good written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of documentation and interacting with customers

- Problem Solver – Ability to research and find solutions to technical problems

- Enthusiastic about learning new systems and working with others

- Ability to meet project deadlines and milestones

Bonus Skills:

- Experience in working with ERP systems (Epicor ERP is a plus)

- Microsoft SQL Server (Stored procedures, views, and query writing)

- SQL Server Reporting Services

- Source Control (Team Foundation Server is a plus)

- Web Languages (Html, JavaScript, CSS)

- Degree in computer science or related field
