COCRS is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk (Part-time) Near Littleton, CO

Job Summary & Responsibilities

COCRS is hiring a new part-time Data Entry Clerk. COCRS provides an online software service to simplify the process title companies use to obtain property tax and HOA information. The Data Entry Clerk position is largely focused on customer support and order processing.

Applicants should have a fundamental understanding of the title process, specifically the requirements of property tax issues, Tax Certificates and Certificates of Taxes Due, and Homeowners’ Association documentation requirements.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerks include responding to customer service requests and interacting with vendors, typically county and similar government agencies, and processing customer documentation requests using our internal systems.

A successful Data Entry Clerk works independently remotely and/or in our office with minimal supervision. Weekly individual and staff meetings, along with informal conversations with other Data Entry Clerks provide daily direction and assistance. The part-time role hours expect to start with daily 4 hour shifts, to be adjusted for more as needed.

As an online-software service provider with a focus on outsourced automation as our service offering, we expect our Data Entry Clerks to use systems currently in place to allow management to view activities and provide insights without interfering with primary activities of the Data Entry Clerks.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (specifically Outlook and Teams), HubSpot or other CRM/Sales/Service software, modify PDFs using Acrobat
  • Understanding processes and following them, suggesting ways to make them more efficient
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to meet customer needs and expectations without mistakes
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt to changing software and processes

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in Title Company industry, specifically working with property tax and HOA documentation
  • Strong history in administrative and/or customer service roles

  • Willingness to receive feedback and ability to provide feedback to peers/leadership
