- Recruit, interview and effectively hire, train and lead staff
- Enforce the Company’s uniform policy ensuring personal hygiene meets the Company’s standards
- Effectively manage labor schedules that reflect facility usage
- Ensure that all meal periods and rest breaks occur per company and state laws and report compliance daily to Human Resources
- Communicate to main office any and all changes related to scheduling or operations including but not limited to operating hours, product pricing, etc.
- Possess ability to interact positively with management, coworkers, customers/guests, vendors/suppliers, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach;
- Ability to seek out new and innovative ways to meet and respond to the needs and demand of diverse personalities;
- Ability to work regular schedule, follow directions, take constructive criticism, get along with co-workers, and supervisors, treat co-workers, supervisors, and guests with respect and courtesy
