Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. - Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. - Train and develop bar staff on proper techniques, drink recipes, and customer service standards. - Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to ensure consistency and quality. - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of bar operations, including beverage preparation techniques and mixology. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. - Knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure efficient stock control. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
