This position provides subject matter expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders in the areas of Finance Master Data, CONA functionality, business systems, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.

This position requires an experienced, business systems analyst and administrator that uses advanced SAP technical and accounting competence and tools to provide financial systems support, project management support, month-end close management, financial reports, and issue resolution to internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

Month End Close:
* Execute month-end close tasks in SAP ECC
* Open & Close the period; GL and related sub-ledgers
* Perform completeness checks and posting error analysis
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder teams to resolve inconsistencies and abnormalities in financial data
* Continuously strive to improve the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and quality of the month-end close process

Finance Master Data:
* Review, research and resolve support requests and inquiries for all critical FMD components
* Maintain all SAP FMD; including general ledger accounts, hierarchies, profit centers, and cost centers
* Query and analyze FMD to investigate and resolve data quality issues to validate the accuracy and completeness of the team's FMD maintenance activities
* Provide FMD subject matter expertise in support of all business process changes, business acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. As well as all SAP system transformations, upgrades, and optimization projects

CONA Support:
* Provide SAP system FI-CO subject matter expertise across all Finance areas to support system changes needed as a result of client bottler operational strategy decisions, as well as SAP system transformations and projects
* Create and maintain Snowflake reports for use by operations teams
* Provide RTR transactional and master data subject matter expertise for Snowflake reporting
* Develop and maintain a customized Report Painter 13pg operating report in SAP for client bottlers

Business Systems Support:
* Assist the BPO with administrative tasks related to Blackline; balance loads, user administration, matching maintenance, and problem resolution
* Participate in Citizen's Development activities for RTR; including hands on support for the development of automation and financial reporting using PowerBI, Power Automate, and SharePoint
* Leverage SQL and coding expertise to support various internal, proprietary database automations

• Strong understanding of Finance Master Data, finance business processes, and accounting policies/GAAP
• Strong system/technical skills
• SAP FI/CO Experience Required, SAP S4 Experience, a plus
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Blackline, Advance level Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Access Databases
• VBA/SQL and Microsoft Power Platform knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
• Well organized: Demonstrated planning, time management and prioritization skills
• A credit check is required for this position in Finance.
• Hybrid Work Environment: Employees will be expected to work on-site a certain number of days each week and/or month at the manager's discretion.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Masters degree and/or CPA preferred

Minimum 5 years finance and/or accounting experience (knowledge of SAP preferred)

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
