Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment activities of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the talent acquisition team to support the full life cycle recruiting process
• Serve as the primary point of contact to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, both in-person and virtual. Follow up with interviewers to request timely feedback.
• Post active openings on various platforms; assist in reviewing and screening resumes/applications to identify qualified applicants
• Manage candidate database and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Monitor both entities’ career page email accounts and share resumes with appropriate parties
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with candidates throughout the lifecycle from initial contact to hire date
• Track candidates’ status throughout the recruitment process and report to the TA team
• Coordinate end-to-end background check process, including entering candidates into the background check system and monitoring progress
• Attend and coordinate job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment related activities
• Support the company-wide intern program during the recruitment and planning process
• Provide reports to the Talent Acquisition team on an as needed basis
• Assist department in all DE&I initiatives to include campus recruiting, reporting and companywide initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required; in lieu of degree can substitute relevant education and work experience
• 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
