Collision Center Repair Technicians
are being hired now at Cobb County Toyota Collision Center! We are looking for applicants who have experience in collision repair; it is not a training position. This is a great opportunity to come work with us at our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility! Qualified applicants only need to apply!

Collision Center Repair Technician - Job Description:

Pre-Op and Repair Planning:

  • Approaches repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process.
  • De-trims and disassembles vehicles.
  • Performs pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisions.

Parts Procurement:

  • Identifies and sources parts as necessary.
  • Uses good judgment to decide when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savings.
  • Maintains parts/materials carts in an organized manner.

Vehicle Repair:

  • Meets or exceeds our requirements for productivity as measured by hours per day for each repair order.
  • Utilizes technical information sheet attached to the work order for all structural repairs, replacement, airbag, and mechanical work.

Safe and Organized Workplace:

  • Utilizes all required safety equipment. Participates in monthly safety meetings.
  • Keeps personal work area organized.
  • Returns tools and equipment promptly.


Collision Center Repair Technician - Job Requirements:

  • Adhere to Cobb County Toyota's technical repair processes and manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Use of frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures
  • Must maintain a valid state driver's license
  • Participation in I-CAR
  • I-CAR Welding Certificate
  • Reliable attendance required
