Responsibilities - Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Process payments
• Maintain accounting schedules / Provide accurate reporting on status of accounts
• Follow-up on aged receivables including outbound calls to insurance companies
• Prepare and send out account receivable statements
• Scan and file
• Back-up receptionist
• Other duties as needed

Requirements - Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Experience REQUIRED
• Must be well organized and have the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Data entry skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in operating a computer
• Must have general accounting knowledge
• Professional appearance
• Team player with positive attitude
• Good customer service skills
