CoBank interns get real-life exposure to the daily duties of their group. They spend the summer as a valued member of their respective team, learning business skills and assisting with a variety of projects that have an impact on the bank’s operations. An additional focus of the summer intern will be to complete a capstone project that will seek to add value to the team they are supporting.
The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) is building a Lean Portfolio and Lean Budgeting process and governance structure to support an organizational agility transformation. This intern will work with the portfolio management team, gaining first-hand experience across a variety of roles to build processes, metrics, and reporting to support the transformation. This internship will include daily interactions with LPM Leadership and the Agile Transformation office to gain insight into developing, funding, and prioritizing work across value streams and aligned to enterprise strategic goals.This is a paid position for undergraduate and graduate students and is located in Denver, Colorado. Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Management, Analytics, Finance, Data Management, or related fields and in good academic standing.
