The Business Analyst role is an in-person position in Papillion, Nebraska.

As our IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding, testing, documenting, supporting, and analyzing a variety of systems and applications as well as the procedures that support these systems. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for testing changes and maintenance items for integration into these systems. This position requires effective prioritization, communication, and organization skills. This position will also regularly interface with our internal customers to ensure the system is meeting their required needs.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Associates Degree required or equivalent experience in technology or the banking industry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial industry required.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle
• Experience in developing and executing testing plans.
