Coastal Waste & Recycling is experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are a privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company focused exclusively on serving the people and businesses within our region. We are currently adding a Post Collection Maintenance Manager (Recycling/ MRF) to help support this growth. This position will support multiple sites across South Florida.

Responsibilities

The Post Collection Maintenance Manager (Recycling/ MRF) oversees the preventative maintenance and repair programs and unscheduled facility maintenance and repairs on all processing equipment and systems, to include:

• Scheduling, overseeing, tracking and recording all maintenance activities and expenditures 
• Managing the maintenance team, to include hiring, training, scheduling and supervising personnel
• Ensuring industrial maintenance is performed, including troubleshooting and repairs on processing equipment and support systems such as conveyor belts, motorized screening equipment and balers to minimize production downtime
• Communicating regularly with MRF management team regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and repair status
• Maintaining security for the maintenance ship, tools and equipment.

Qualifications

This ideal candidate for this position will have progressive experience with managing a team responsible for repairing machinery and large industrial equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
