Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently adding a Container Shop Operations Managers to help support this growth.

Responsibilities

Coastal Waste is currently adding an Operations Manager for our container shop to manage the day-to-day operations of the container shop including inventory, repairs, delivery, and distribution. This job includes:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the container shop, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensuring containers are in good repair in both structure and appearance to properly represent the company's image.
• Assuring container supply meets customer demand.
• Assisting in budget process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as an operations supervisor, to include hiring, training and coaching employees, route management, and resource allocation. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for career growth.
