What will you be Responsible for?
- Growing and Maintaining staff job results through coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Creating and initiating marketing plans for sales growth.
- Top notch customer service skills.
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand needs.
- Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Creating sales goals for sales team and helping to exceed expectations.
- Ability to teach and lead others.
- Experienced user of Excel and MS Word applications.
- Proven sales experience with ability to create and exceed sales goals.
- Previous experience with CRM tools.
- Experience with social media platforms posting images, videos, and advertisements to execute successfully and generate sales leads and closures.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to listen and successfully determine the needs and wants of our potential customers via phone or in person.

- Familiarity with basic construction and/or storage sheds
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
