We are a locally owned business specializing in HVAC, electric and plumbing.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. Previous experience in dispatching is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments
• Dispatch techs to jobs
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Professional phone etiquette, speak clearly, take thorough messages
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
• Schedule appointments and meetings

Knowledge of/experience with ServiceTitan is strongly recommended, but we will train the right applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
