- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas including but not limited to common area hallways, and vacant apartments. Cleaning duties can include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces such as ceiling vents, cleaning restrooms, etc.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy duty cleaning and other special projects.
- Notify management of reoccurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Other duties as directed and assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to speak elementary English is required.
