Coastal Ridge Real Estate is Hiring a Director, Digital Marketing Near Columbus, OH
What You’ll Do:
As the Director, Digital Marketing, you will lead a team of best-in-class marketers and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. In this newly created role, you will be integral in helping this organization achieve our next growth phase.

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons, which hosts over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with an adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities.
What You’ll Own:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy across all channels, including website, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Utilize innovative solutions to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage and optimize websites for UX/UI, lead generation, and organic growth.
- Oversee social media strategy across various platforms
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to continually refine strategies and optimize results.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, awareness marketing, email marketing, reporting, and analytics. Media buying experience a plus.
- Hands-on experience with robotic process automation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing communications, or a related field.
