• In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple units, performing repairs and installations as well as the upkeep of the general property grounds
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Maintaining the basic upkeep of grounds
• Be on call to respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in property maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise
• Able to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill
• Adapt to handling preventive maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installation
• Ability to safely handle power and hand tools
• Must have transportation
• Cape Coral/Fort Myers, FL: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
