Isle of Capri Dining Room Attendant – (Full Time)

We are inviting candidates to apply for the Dining Room Attendant positionat our restaurant, The Isle of Capri.

What You Will Bring To This Role:

A Dining Room Attendant's primary responsibility is preparing the dining room for food service, clearing and cleaning tables, serving water and bread to guest, and ensuring that guests are satisfied.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Work an entire shift that involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Must be flexible and able to work weekends/holidays as needed
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
Assist in Room Service Delivery
Become Room Service Right on Time Certified

Desirable:

Good understanding of the English language
Seeking someone with an energetic personality who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn that will meet/exceed customer expectations
Adapt to priority changes of work flow or requirements
Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail

Physical Abilities:

Exert physical effort in lifting/transporting up to 50 pounds
Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours
Clear, scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen for cleaning
Wipe tables clean with dampened cloth and reset with place settings
Wipe chairs and booths clean with a dampened cloth
Clean up spilled food or drink, broken dishes, and remove trash
Assist servers when needed such as carrying food trays
Assist in the preparation and delivery of room service orders
Assist in sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors
