We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our e-commerce division, working hand-in-hand with management in the overall success of our company. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of business practices and online sales.

Duties

- Answer customer emails, messages, and resolve issues primarily via email

- Learn, manage, and optimize our e-commerce platforms – ebay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify

- Provide customer satisfaction; reviewing and answering feedback

- Monitor and resolve marketplace compliance issues that arise over all 3P marketplaces; this requires frequent phone contact with marketplace support and creating plans of action to resolve a broad array of issue to be in compliance with requirements.

- Assist with marketing ventures occasionally; promotional materials, email campaigns

- Maintain stock of departmental supplies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
