Produce cut room

Qualifications:

-ServeSafe Certification

-Food Handler Card

Responsibilities:

- Cut produce precisely as needed by supervisors
- Ensure the quality and freshness of produce items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department
- Rotate and remove expired or damaged products
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment preferred
- Expert in cutting fresh fruits and vegetatables
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
