Our team consists of industry experts who bring hands-on experience and leadership competencies that make us stand out from the rest. We specialize in commercial and residential ground-up new construction and are quickly building a large portfolio of successful projects with many happy clients. As we grow larger, we are looking to expand our team of electrical professionals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating, project management, and coordination. This position has the opportunity to receive additional compensation based on developing new business. This must lead to additional work successfully secured under contract along with an overall satisfactory job performance.

Duties:

• Produce high quality electrical estimates that are well organized, detailed, and ready to review before the given deadline.
• Obtain competitive pricing from subcontractors and vendors for material, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare and effectively communicate change orders, project budgets, and monthly progress reports to upper management.
• Oversee project quality control and safety measures
• Actively engage and develop business with new and existing clients for future work.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Field Experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• A Minimum of 5 years electrical estimating experience
• A Minimum of 2 years electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC, electrical systems, and local standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be familiar with construction software such as McCormick, Accubid, Procore and Bluebeam.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
