We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Maintenance Techs are to provide machinery maintenance for the Holland Michigan location. Provide maintenance support to the manufacturing facility and personnel to ensure that machinery is maintained and in proper working conditions. It is also expected that all team members actively participate in and support, problem solving and continuous improvement efforts in process and production. Finished products should serve the company purpose to “Ensure the integrity of our customer’s reputation and products from dock to destination.”

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides manufacturing and facility maintenance support.

• Basic mechanical repair
• Familiarity with electricity and electrical systems
• Familiarity with hydraulics
• Familiarity with air controlled systems and pneumatics
• Ability in metal fabrication
• Ability to use various measuring tools
• Ability to read prints and specifications
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Journeyman A

Experience Requirements

• Experience in corrugated paper or packaging highly preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, principles, and tools preferred
