HOW THIS ROLE IMPACTS COASTAL
The Personal Banker is an essential part of the retail team. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to get to know Coastal’s customers and attract new customers while helping them reach their financial goals. Whether providing support during a busy day at the branch or offering suggestions for products that fit their needs, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. And as the retail industry evolves, you'll have the opportunity to grow along with it, learning new skills and adding value to the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT COASTAL
The key responsibilities of the Personal Banker are providing world-class customer service, identifying customer needs and providing them with the appropriate services and products, and engaging with prospective clients. The Personal Banker will work closely with their Branch Manager and teams across the organization to help customers meet their financial goals. You’ll also be able to participate in community and industry events to represent Coastal.
