Coastal Cocktails Mobile Bar is a mobile bar rental and bartending services. We serve Tampa to Fort Myers! We specialize in private events such as Weddings, Birthdays, Retirement Parties, Open Houses, etc. As our business is expanding rapidly we are looking to add 2 part time bartenders/team members.

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or catering setting is required
• Excellent knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer orders simultaneously- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Admin Tasks: Client follow-up calls, confirmation calls, lead calls, etc. Creating quotes and invoices for events. Filling out lead and event trackers.

Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and to ensure proper handling of beverages and ingredients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Restock bar inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Adhere to all TIPS Cert safety protocols.
• Assist with Admin Tasks listed above.

PAY:

Non-Tipping Events and Admin Hours are paid at $18 an hour.

Tipping Events: Hours are paid at $12.00 and tips are distributed equally between bartenders that are working that event.
