Part-time Chiropractic Therapy Assistant/Receptionist

This position offers working directly with patients, as well as supporting the front desk in a cross-trained position.

The main responsibility of the Therapy Assistant is directing and setting up patients on different physiotherapy treatments. At times, you will be very active physically and requires you to be on your feet for several hours.

The balance of this position is assisting the front desk with such tasks as, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and insurance authorizations.

*Must have minimum of 2 years of medical office experience -specifically appointment scheduling and insurance knowledge, including insurance verification and authorization.

Part-time - Approximately 18 hours per week. Some flexibility. Working evenings is required.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 EVENINGS UNTIL 6:30 PM without complication.

MUST HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC AND ATTENDANCE

Pleasant office atmosphere and interaction with patients.

Must reside within Sussex County within 6 miles of travel for work.

Bilingual is a big plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

• Monday & Wednesday 8 am - 6:30pm
• Tuesday & Thursday 11:30 am- 5 pm
• No weekends
