Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an outstanding Scheduling to join our team. The Scheduling role is rewarding position. The Scheduling primary responsibilities include: Creating new-client schedules with appropriate staff, ensuring client’s schedules are covered managing schedules to ensure regularity for clients and staff, as well as providing exemplary customer service at all times.
Authorizations , Requesting Doctors Orders , Answering Phones
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate (College Preferred).
Experience: One year general Home Health office experience.
Skills: Computer skills preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skill. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. .
Transportation: Reliable transportation.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
Experience: One year general office experience. moderately high, ability to work a flexible schedule
Professional Requirements:
Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
At least 1 year of intake experience in home health.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to handle stress & work in fast paced environment with high level of accuracy.
Strong computer skills, including database management and Microsoft office with proficiency in Excel
Language Skills:
Able to communicate effectively in English & Spanish , both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
