COASTAL BEVERAGE is Hiring an IT Coordinator Near Wilmington, NC

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour DOE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Manage device inventory and assignment.

2.Ensure responsible maintenance, storage, and use of devices by end users. 

3.Maintain calendar for contracts and other important expiration and renewal dates.

4.Track IT projects using Monday.com.

5.Manage Verizon account and review monthly billing.

6.Manage KnowBe4, Inc. platform.

7.Provision and deprovision users as required.

8.Support new users with onboarding training.

9.Provide basic support to users.

10.Provide support for the hospitality suite and other shared conference and meeting spaces.

11.Maintain vendor security documents (SOC 2).

12.Create, update, and maintain end-user documentation.

13.Provide meeting recaps and follow-up tasks to IT team.

14.Act as a liaison between IT and other departments and service centers.

15.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2.Possess an education equivalent to one-year certificate from college or technical school and a minimum two years of similar or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3.Possess technological acumen and strong organizational skills.

4.Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

5.Possess the ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, correspondence, and memos; possess the ability to write technical correspondence and instructions to team members.

6.Possess the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization.

7.Possess intermediate math skills and including the ability to audit and reconcile invoices. 

8.Possess intermediate reasoning skills and good judgement. Possess the ability to deal with problems involving several variables in various scenarios and recommend solutions to client users and IT leadership in a clear and concise manner.

9.Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance.

10.Possess an active driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to drive as an essential job function.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
